These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at royalchrome.com (the "Site") and your participation in the text messaging program operated by Royal Chrome, Inc., a California corporation ("Royal Chrome," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Royal Chrome, Inc. provides consulting services in design, development, engineering, and systems integration. We are located at 2973 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA 92626, and can be reached at (949) 867-4963 or [email protected].

2. SMS Text Messaging Program

Program description

Royal Chrome Client Messaging is a conversational and informational text messaging program for our clients and people who contact us. Messages may include replies to your questions, appointment and site-visit scheduling and reminders, project status updates, estimate and document notifications, and billing or payment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Royal Chrome, Inc. when you:

• send a text message to (949) 867-4963, in which case we will reply to your message and continue the conversation you started; or
• give us your mobile number and expressly agree to receive text messages from us, whether in writing (for example, in an engagement agreement, estimate, or intake form) or verbally during a call or meeting, in which case we record the date and method of your consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with us or of purchasing any goods or services.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (949) 867-4963. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, for example by texting us, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Rates, frequency, and carriers

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or project. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, to participate in the program.

3. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about Royal Chrome. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system. The Site contains some interactive and experimental features; they are provided for fun and may change or disappear at any time.

4. Consulting Services

Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services or professional advice. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Royal Chrome, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, code, and design, is owned by Royal Chrome, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. The name "Royal Chrome" and our logo may not be used without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and the messaging program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site or text messages will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Chrome, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the messaging program. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or the messaging program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site or the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
